Our family loves Ethiopian food. I enjoy cooking from scratch and I put these sauces in all my curries. We enjoy using wonderful sauces and my friend recommended Abay Ethiopian sauces to me. These sauces are heavy in the tomato, onion and garlic. They are quite good and concentrated. They can be used in different curries like chicken or shrimp, and also veggies such as green peas, potatoes, mushrooms etc. I serve it with naan or chapati or rice. It tastes yummy and makes for a quick fix meal without too much mess!

I’m so glad that this was made! This product is so useful for when you have unexpected guests, are too tired, or busy and need to cook up something quickly. The ingredients within the product are not too spicy too, it is suitable for people with different spice tolerances. In addition, you’re avoiding the strong smell that it takes to cook this on your own. Most of all, it’s delicious!

Abay Ethiopian Dishes Key Quanta Firfir is essentially pieces of injera (ethiopian flat bread) marinated in a spicy Ethiopian red sauce with dried up pieces of beef . I eat this almost every day at work or after school it is soooo delicious and taste just like my mom or grandma made it. It is fairly priced, for nine dollars you get half a liter of fir fir. This dish fills you up after a long day of work or school it also has a spicy kick to it for all of spicy food lovers.

I always loved to eat Ethiopian food but I have never thought I would be able to make it myself in my own home so easily until now. I received a jar of sauce from Abay Ethiopian Dishes and it was so easy to make for my family all you need to do is add water. I decided to add chicken drumsticks and hard boiled eggs to the the pan along with the sauce from the jar, just as they do in restaurants although it was not necessary as the sauce was delicious on its own. I bought injera (Ethiopian sour bread) to eat with it. The exotic spices and aroma awokened my senses. I would most definitely recommend this product to a busy individual who loves to experiment with different cultural dishes.

I tried Abay Ethiopian dishes and the meal was delicious. It was my first time having a traditional Ethiopian meal and the experience and flavours were unreal. We then had traditional Ethiopian coffee and it was icing on the cake. I was very happy to try the food and I highly recommend you do too.  

We ate lunch with Eden and the food was astonishing. The flavours and experience were unlike anything I’ve tried before! We were allowed to eat with our hands! This was a great experience and meal. I will be certainly getting more in the near future.
