Ethiopian spice blend usually used in the final stages of cooking wot to give it that deep Ethiopian flavour. Each chef prepares it differently, but it usually includes Korerima, Kerefa, Kundo Berberé (black pepper), Tikur Azmud, Zinjibil, Kurunfud and more.
